4.1 As a Renter

• You must be a licensed driver meeting all legal requirements to operate the vehicle.

• You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including any damage, traffic violations, or other incidents.
• You must return the vehicle at the agreed-upon time and location and in the same condition as received.

4.2 As a Vehicle Owner

When you list your vehicle on our Service:

• You must have legal ownership or authorization to list the vehicle.
• You must provide accurate information about the vehicle's condition, features, and availability.
• You must maintain the vehicle in safe and operational condition.
• You must have appropriate insurance coverage for rental purposes.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Rental Fees

Rental fees are set by vehicle owners and displayed in the Service. Renters agree to pay the total amount due for the rental period, including any applicable taxes, insurance, and service fees.

5.2 Service Fees

Indilla charges service fees for facilitating rentals through the platform. These fees are included in the total amount displayed to renters before confirming a booking.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by vehicle listing and are displayed before booking. Refunds for cancellations are processed according to these policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any laws or regulations
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Interfering with the proper operation of the Service
• Engaging in fraudulent activity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Indilla and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Indilla and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

10. Modifications to the Service

Indilla reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
